Position held: Senior Cost Manager

Having graduated in 2013 with 1st class honours in Quantity Surveying, Tom became chartered with RICS in November 2015 and now himself mentor’s colleagues through the process. As a founding member of Turner and Townsend's ‘Addressing the Balance Forum’ aimed at encouraging industry to be reflective on the society we live in, Tom believes that diversity drives improved business performance and is passionate about tackling industry wide gender imbalances to improve collaboration, innovation and to bridge the skills-gap.
